Pilot terms

Draft of 2026-10-13, to be reviewed by a lawyer. These terms do not apply until we have signed an agreement together; they show what we intend to agree.

What it means to be one of the first companies to use Mivena: what you get, what we ask of you, and how either of us can stop.

The parties

Mivena is provided by PlantAmore AB (org. no. 559095-4409), Sweden. The customer is the company named in the application, represented by the person who signs the agreement. Contact: info@mivena.se.

What the pilot is

Access to Mivena while it is being proven with its first customers. Everything the site marks Pilot is built and tested, but has not run for long with real customers; features may change, and some are added during the pilot. You tell us what works and what does not, and we fix what matters to you first.

Price

The price and how it is paid are agreed in writing before you start using Mivena for real orders. Nothing is charged without that agreement.

Your responsibility

Mivena prepares the work and a person at your company approves it. Documents that reach customers, suppliers, banks or authorities go out only when you have approved them, or when you have given the agent that right for a kind of document. VAT returns, payroll, employer declarations and annual reports are always drafts that you, or your accountant or auditor, check and sign. You remain responsible for your bookkeeping and for what you file.

Your data

Your data is yours. It is stored and processed within the EU and kept apart from every other company's. Personal data in it is processed on your behalf under a data processing agreement we sign with the pilot agreement. An owner can download everything at any time, and does so before the pilot ends if you leave.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Mivena running and answer within a working day, but promise no fixed availability during the pilot. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. If something stops, orders and documents wait; nothing is lost or sent twice.

Liability

How liability is limited during the pilot is set out in the agreement, worded with our lawyer. Until it is signed, nothing on this page limits or extends either party's liability.

Ending the pilot

Either party may end the pilot with 30 days' notice in writing. You then have time to download all your data before your workspace is closed and the data is deleted, apart from what the law requires us to keep.

Changes and law

Changes to the terms are agreed in writing. Swedish law applies.
