The agent does the work. You stay in control.
How we keep your data apart, your money in your own account and every decision traceable. Further down is an honest list of what is built, what is being proven and what is planned.
Statuses checked on 2026-10-12.
Your data is kept apart
Each company has its own workspace. Your orders, customers and items, and what the agent has learned from you, are visible only to you and the people you invite. They are never used to train anyone else’s AI.
Nothing goes out without your approval
Everything the agent does starts as a draft: order confirmations, purchase orders, invoices and payment files. Nothing is sent to a customer, supplier, bank or authority until a person at your company has approved it, or you yourselves have let the agent send that kind of document.
The agent earns your trust
You choose the level: Practice, Ask me first or Autopilot. Everyone starts on Ask me first. The agent sends a kind of document to a customer on its own only after a run of approvals without changes, and you decide how many. A single change starts the count again. Exceptions always come to you.
Every decision is logged with its reason
What the agent did, why, who approved it and when. The log can only grow and is hash-chained, so a later change shows. Your auditor can be given read access to it.
When a connection is down
Nothing is lost. On a passing error the connection tries again by itself. If it still fails, the document stays with its error message until someone presses Send again. It then goes only to the systems that did not get it, and the same document is never sent twice.
The money stays in your account
Mivena never receives, holds or moves your money. Customers pay straight into your bank account, with Swish and Autogiro too. Mivena prepares the payment files, but a payment leaves only once an authorised person at your company has approved it, and it is signed with your company’s own authority at the bank.
Encrypted where it matters
Passwords and keys for your connections are stored encrypted (AES-256) and open only for your company and that one connection. Personal identity numbers are sealed, and other personal data is encrypted under a key per person, so it can be erased on request without touching the books.
Within the EU
Your data is stored and processed within the EU. The AI model is our own and runs on a server in the EU that only Mivena uses, and your documents do not go to any outside AI service unless you have said yes. The production environment is being set up before the pilot goes live.
Take everything when you leave
Your data is yours. An owner can download everything in one file at any time: the books as SIE for every year, the customer, supplier and item registers, open invoices, every source document and the whole decision log.
