One system instead of many.
Most companies work across several programs: a business system, bookkeeping, a warehouse system, an EDI operator, an invoice portal, Excel and e-mail. The same figures get typed in more than once. Mivena keeps it all in one place, and the agent can answer questions about the whole company.
Mivena is the whole system, so you need no business system, warehouse system or bookkeeping program beside it. Moving in is one step: Mivena pulls your data out of the old system, or you upload exports, and then you cancel it. Your third-party warehouse, carriers, bank and the chains’ EDI stay connected.

VAT returns, payroll, employer returns and the annual report are always drafts. An authorised person reviews and signs them, and the annual report is reviewed by an accountant or auditor. See what is built, format by format.
One system costs less.
A company often pays between SEK 50,000 and 150,000 a year for the programs Mivena replaces. Our aim is for Mivena to cost about SEK 40,000 a year.

We do the work
The agent takes in orders, sends invoices and keeps stock up to date. You approve what goes out.
More time for customers
Less time goes on moving figures between programs. Work out your own time below.
Approximate amounts per year, excluding VAT. Mivena’s price is not set yet. What you pay today depends on your programs and contracts.
The time it takes today.
Move the sliders. The result uses your own figures.
Time spent each month
hours a month
full-time roles
Each bar is one full-time role, 160 hours a month.
With Mivena the agent prepares orders and invoices and you approve them. That time goes to customers and sales instead.
You decide how much the agent does on its own.
The agent starts with limited permissions and gets more as it shows it gets things right. You can always step back a level.

Your own AI.
The agent learns your company, your customers and your items. What it learns stays with you.
Learns from you
When you correct something, the agent keeps the correction. After a few weeks it knows your customers, items and terms.
Private
Your data and what the agent learns from you are kept apart from other companies’. They are never used to train anyone else’s AI.
Runs in the EU
The agent uses our own AI model on a server in the EU that only Mivena uses. Your documents do not go to any outside AI service unless you have said yes.
- “The usual” from Demo Harbour Café is 6 lines every Tuesday
- Demo School Kitchen wants delivery before 7 am
- “Penne large” means penne pasta 5 kg
- Demo Wholesale Ltd gets 3% off full pallets
- Before weekends, Demo Hotel North orders double
Set it up yourself.
You do not need a consultant. The guide in the app takes you through the steps, and during the pilot we help.
Move in
Mivena pulls customers, items, prices, open orders, stock levels and history out of your old system, or you upload exports and Excel. Then you can cancel the old one.
Connect the order mailbox
Forward the address your orders arrive at. The agent starts reading.
Choose the warehouse
Your own or a third-party warehouse. The agent sends the pick lists there.
Choose your chains
You pick the chains you deliver to. Mivena connects to each retail chain once, for all customers, and the chains are connected during the pilot.
If you get stuck, we help.

Common questions
How does moving in work?
In one step. Mivena pulls your data out of the old system, or you upload exports: customers, items, prices, open orders, stock levels and history. You check it all, and when it is right you cancel the old system. Mivena is not meant to run beside another business system. What stays connected are your partners, such as the third-party warehouse, carriers, bank and the chains’ EDI.
What will it cost?
Every feature is released to everyone. Some parts may be paid add-ons. We agree on price and add-ons with you when you start, which is why the sign-up asks what you could spend each month. The waitlist is free.
Is our data safe?
Your data is kept apart from other companies’, and what the agent learns from you is never used to train anyone else’s AI. Nothing goes out without your approval, every decision is logged with its reason, and the money stays in your own bank account. Read more on our Trust page.
Does it work for our industry?
Mivena is built for companies that sell goods to other businesses, whatever the industry. Tell us what you do when you sign up and we will be in touch.
When can we start?
First, three pilot companies run their orders in Mivena. After that we open to the waitlist, in the order companies signed up.
Join the waitlist.
We open to the waitlist once three pilot companies run their orders in Mivena. Tell us a little about your company so we know where to start.

Technical details: standards and security
- Own EDI engine
- EANCOM ORDERS, INVRPT and PRICAT in; ORDRSP, DESADV and INVOIC out, over our own AS2 station. It is not Drummond-certified yet.
- E-invoicing
- Peppol BIS (UBL) through a partner’s access point, with the Nordic national rules; EDIFACT INVOIC, and Finvoice.
- GS1
- SSCC numbers on your own company prefix; pallet labels read without retyping.
- Own AI model
- An open-weight model (Apache 2.0) on a rented server in the EU. Learning lives in Mivena’s own database, so the model can be swapped.
- Every decision logged
- An append-only, hash-chained log: what the agent did, why, and who approved it.
- Built for GDPR
- Personal data encrypted under a key per person and erasable on request; accounting records kept as bookkeeping law requires.
- One shared model
- Every connection translates to and from the same internal order model, never straight from one system to another.
- Your language
- The app in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, English and German. Norwegian, Danish and Finnish are still being reviewed by native speakers.
