Privacy notice for the Mivena waitlist and pilot applications

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you join the waitlist or apply for the pilot on this site.
Who is responsible
PlantAmore AB (org. no. 559095-4409), Sweden, is the controller for your personal data. Mivena is the name of the product. Contact: info@mivena.se.
What we keep
Your name and work e-mail address. About the company: its name, organisation number, country, number of employees and what you could spend per month. Your role at the company and what you choose to write about the programs you use. Also the language of the page, when you signed up and which version of this notice you agreed to. For a Swedish sole trader, the organisation number is the owner’s personal identity number. We do not keep your IP address with the sign-up.
Why, and on what legal basis
To contact you about the waitlist, to choose which companies we start with, and to set our prices. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Giving the details is voluntary; without them we cannot contact you. We make no automated decisions about you.
When you apply for the pilot
The company’s name, organisation number and country; your name, work e-mail address and phone number; the industry, the systems you use, the number of orders a month, what you want help with and what you choose to write. Also the language of the page, when you applied and which versions of this notice and of the pilot terms you agreed to. We use it to assess the application, to contact you about it and, if we start together, to set up your company’s workspace and send you the link to create your account. The legal basis is your consent (article 6(1)(a)); once we sign an agreement with your company, its terms take over for the workspace.
Who else handles the data
The site and the list run on Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes the data for us under a data processing agreement. The list is stored in Vercel's Stockholm region. Where Vercel handles the data from the USA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses. Confirmation e-mails are sent through the e-mail service Resend Inc. (USA), which also processes the data for us under a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not sell the list or the applications or share them with anyone else.
How long
Until you withdraw your consent, and at the latest 24 months after you signed up or applied, when the sign-up or the application is deleted automatically.
Server logs
Like any web server, Vercel records technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to run and protect the site. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to identify you; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure site (article 6(1)(f)). The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, receive it in a machine-readable format, and withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what was done before. E-mail info@mivena.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
